2013 Invitation

Dear Music Educator:

Please join us as we celebrate sixty four years of wonderful music making in Moose Jaw on May 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2013. In a non-competitive environment, we will provide some of the best clinicians in Canada to work with your students. Each large group is given fifty minutes of performance/clinic time. Your clinic will be provided by two qualified clinicians. Your performance will be recorded on CD and given to you immediately after your group is done. Here is our tentative schedule:

Monday,May 13	8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.	Performances and Workshops for
		concert bands only
	7:00P.M.	night shows featuring guest
		artist
Tuesday, May 14	8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.	Performances and workshops for,
		Concert Bands/Choirs, Jazz Bands
		and Vocal Jazz Groups.
	6:00 P.M. & 8:00 P.M	A Night Show featuring guest artists
Wednesday, May 15	8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.	Performances and workshops for
		Concert Bands/Choirs, Jazz Bands, and
		Vocal Jazz Groups.
	6:00 P.M. & 8:00P.M.	A Night Show similar to Tuesday's.
Thursday, May 16	8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M.	Performances and workshops for
		Concert Bands/Choirs, Jazz Bands
		and Vocal Jazz Groups

- SBA, SCF Members                                        - $200.00 per group
                                               
- non-members                                                - $225.00 per group
                                                                       

Night Shows:              One Night's Attendance            $5.00

Other Performance Opportunities:  …may be available to you on a limited basis. More information will be available in your director's package once we have received your registration form.

Registrations are on a first come-first serve basis. Online entry forms are available to from our website. Before completing an entry form, please call Sharon Penner to see what times and days are still available – 306-693-7087. Entries received after February 28 will be charged a  $50.00 late fee.
