Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your entry before April 15 and we can fill your performance spot, your registration fee will be returned. After April 15, registration fees cannot be returned as it is too late for another band to fill that spot.
Music Score
Directors are asked to number every bar in the two scores handed in to clinicians
Entry Fees
Our fees for the 2012 festival will remain the same. All members of the Saskatchewan Band Association or the Saskatchewan Choral Federation will continue to pay $200 per group. This is because these two associations help to fund our festival. All non-members will now pay $225. We can no longer offer a discounted rate for members of Manitoba or Alberta associations.
Night Shows
To accommodate more Festival participants, we will have TWO performances each evening (Tuesday and Wednesday) at 6:00 and 8:00 PM. Please specify your day and time preference on your registration form under "comments" along with the approximate number of tickets required. Admission is $5.00.
Our 2011 Clinicians
Thanks to the very talented Clinicians that attended this years Band and Choral Festival. As we create the new list of 2012 Clinicians we will post them to the site.
Our performance venues for the 2012 Festival will remain the same with concert bands at Peacock Auditorium and Mae Wilson Theatre, jazz bands at Vanier Collegiate Music Room, and choral groups at Zion United Church
