Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your entry before March 1 and we can fill your performance spot, your registration fee will be returned. After March 1, registration fees cannot be returned as it is too late for another band to fill that spot.

Directors are asked to number every bar in the two scores handed in to clinicians
Entry Fees
Our fees for the 2013 festival will remain the same. All members of the Saskatchewan Band Association or the Saskatchewan Choral Federation will continue to pay $200 per group. This is because these two associations help to fund our festival. All non-members will now pay $225. We can no longer offer a discounted rate for members of Manitoba or Alberta associations. Please note there is a $50.00 per entry late fee charged for registration fees not paid by February 28.
Night Shows
To accommodate more Festival participants, we will have ONE performance Monday at 7:00 P.M. and TWO performances each evening (Tuesday and Wednesday) at 6:00 and 8:00 PM. Please specify your day and time preference on your registration form under "comments" along with the approximate number of tickets required. Admission is $5.00.
We have a new performance venue! Jazz Bands will perform in our new Mosaic Place, 110 - 1st Ave. NW. Directions, etc will be in your Director's Information package to be emailed in April. Concert bands remain at Peacock Auditorium and the Mae Wilson Theatre, and choral groups at Zion United Church.
